Employer Recruitment
We work with local employers to recruit for Business and Administration vacancies underpinned by a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
We hold a contract with Skills Development Scotland Ltd to deliver Modern Apprenticeships in Business and Administration to 16 to 19 year olds who live or work in the Renfrewshire/Inverclyde area. No charge is made to the employer for the recruitment and training service provided to the Modern Apprentice where the eligibility criterion is met.
From our bank of eligible recruits, we will match your requirements and send you the details of suitable applicants for you to decide on whom you wish to interview. Once you have made that decision, we can arrange interviews to meet your schedule and deal with follow-ups as required.
When an eligible applicant fills a vacancy, we will devise an Individual Training Plan to meet the specifications of the job and the new employee's development needs. The apprentice will be appointed a member of our staff whose role is to liaise with the company over the delivery of training and development for the apprentice to achieve optimum performance on the job.
We are able to provide a wide range of business and administration training which can be delivered on or off-the job at a time and pace to suit the company's needs.
