This is a one-day course aimed at the experienced user of Microsoft Outlook. The course will provide insight into Oulook's extensive information sharing and collaboration capabilities by providing an overview of the applications capabilities.
User friendly course material and the assistance of an experienced trainer will allow delegates to develop their skills and knowledge at their own pace.
With the emphasis on a hands-on approach to learning, delegates may bring along work on the day to learn how to achieve the desired results giving real immediate benefits.
Delegates complete a pre-course checklist to identify areas where they may have prior experience and to identify personal objectives for attending the course.

- Customising Outlook and setting options
By the end of the course delegates will have:
- Developed knowledge of Outlook to allow them to manage objects at an advanced level and to organisational requirements.
