Microsoft Word 97 to 2010

This is a one-day course aimed at the more experienced user of Microsoft Word. The course will concentrate on increasing the users knowledge of Word and its application in the workplace.

User friendly course material and the assistance of an experienced trainer will allow delegates to develop their skills and knowledge at their own pace.

With the emphasis on a hands-on approach to learning, delegates may bring along work on the day to learn how to achieve the desired results giving real immediate benefits.

Delegates complete a pre-course checklist to identify areas where they may have prior experience and to identify personal objectives for attending the course.

  • Creating complex tables
  • Using graphics
  • Creating charts
  • Creating content and indexing pages

  • Creating templates
  • Customising toolbars and menus (2003)
  • Using the ribbon (2007/10)

By the end of the course delegates will have:

Developed skills to produce professional looking complex reports and documents for business and personal use.
