Who We Are and What We Do

Customised Training & HR Services Ltd was founded in 1999 by Heather and Richard Doherty to help and support school leavers looking to find employment and develop a career in Business and Administration. During this time we have helped over 500 school leavers find employment in a Business and Administration environment and assisted with their training and career development.

We are committed to delivering a quality service tailored to individual needs as we recognise that the transition from school to the workplace can be a pretty daunting experience. We believe that by providing practical help and support in finding a job to match career aspirations makes work more satisfying and rewarding.

Employment Opportunities and Support

We source employment for school leavers with local employers looking to fill business and administration vacancies that offer an opportunity to achieve a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration. We work with employers to develop and deliver an individual training plan that provides tangible benefits for the employer and the modern apprentice. Qualifications and Training

As a Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Approved Centre we offer certified qualifications designed to meet the requirements of the job and career progression in Business and Administration occupational areas. We also offer the opportunity for existing staff to undertake training and development in teamleader, customer care, supervisory, management and using Microsoft software from beginners to advanced level: word, excel, access, powerpoint and outlook.

Vocational Training
